London Overground is a concession of the National Rail network awarded to Transport for London, who sub-contract operation of the services to Arriva Rail London. Established in 2007 to take over the services of Silverlink Metro, the network has grown in the intervening years, taking over operation of other operators services. The Overground network currently encompasses 112 stations across 9 different routes, comprising over 104 miles (167km) of track.
